This break is a very sought after break. As well as Christmas occurring over the break, it’s two weeks for students to be at home to rest and rejuvenate to come back to school during the new year even better than the previous.
Students typically plan to spend time with their family and friends over break and Junior Ronin Fogarty says his plans, “I’m just going to see some family in Pennsylvania.” Fogarty expresses his eagerness as he says “I’m super excited for this break.”
Like Fogarty, Junior Robert Reeser shows his excitement as he says “I’m excited for Christmas break.” Reeser also plans to see family in a different state saying “I’m going to be going to Ohio to spend time with friends and my grandparents and cousins.”
Christmas is a time that students at DeMatha take to spend time with their families and look forward to.
